Item is not Non stick and when cooking Piela you really need non stick pans so was disappointed
Wow ! I love this pan – I have a induction hob and really struggle with some pans as they won’t work. This works perfectly and its large enough for 2 people, just need to try more variations of Paella now.
I am extremely happy with my purchase. My brother-in-law also has an induction hob and recommended it to me. I’d never spent so much money on a frying pan, so I was a bit wary, however, it’s worth every penny.

This is a strong burner of very good quality and the tripod is very stable.However, much smaller pans, than the one supplied, like frying pans or marmitas, can slide a lot so my advice is to buy an “edelstahl geschirrfixierung”and absolutely the wind guard as additional extras.It came with a regulator marked “ propane 50 mbar” and a propane hose ( 6,3 mm), which can be connected ONLY TO GERMAN GAS BOTTLES. The inscription on the gas ring stated “Propane/50 mbar” and the gas fitting on it is connectable only to propane hoses (6,3 mm). In Greece, as well as in other European countries like Italy, we use 30mbar and hoses on 8mm and mostly butane/propane mix .So, I sent an email to EL CID and to Der Spanien Shop , wondering if it was safe to run the ring with butane gas mix and not with propane, and if I could use another regulator of 30 mbar. EL CID never replied to me. However the German supplier- “Der Spanien Shop”-was kind enough to answer quickly that it was ok to switch to butane and 30 mbar.Now, I had to find an adaptor or another type of regulator. Which one? I didn’t know. I knew nothing about gas. I just wanted to make good paella.After a lot of search, I was lucky enough to find, near Athens, a Greek caravan supply store who knew about this problem and was able to provide me with a special made GOK regulator which connected the Greek gas bottle to the German gas hose. As I learned, German caravan- tourists coming to Greece had the same problem.
