This item was defective, did not work when installed. I asked for a replacement to be overnighted, and could not even obtain expedited shipping of any kind, was told would be another week to receive via standard shipping. I did not take a chance that I would wait a week, and perhaps receive another defective item, and then have two weeks of my printer being down awaiting this part. Should have ordered from xerox initially, as they offer for same price, with free shipping. Lesson learned. Leggi di più
