   The description made these sound like they were smaller. It’s fine though as my dog will be a larger size. I think these would be good for medium to larger maybe even extra large dogs.
   I like that the snipper heads don’t have super wide scissor bodies(not sure how to describe that, but some are super wide) and I find it hard enough to cut a dog’s nails as it is, so it’s nice that these are more narrow compared to some others n the market. I don’t like the guard plate that comes with it as I find that blocks my view of what I’m cutting, but most have this plate attached for safety.
   (I do have rather small hands, but hope the images help anyways)
