Ideally I'd like a replacement of the one as it pretty much writes off the one pot as useless as it stands, the packaging evidently was inadequate, there was no polystyrene or bubble wrap or heck paper packaging, it was just 2 pots in an oversized cardboard box. There was no sign of external damage to the box.
The other one funnily enough is actually perfectly intact.
Shame there are 6 star options as it would score a perfect 3/6 for the shear fact 1 turned up fine the other broken.
Replacement was sent and arrived 2 days later, in perfect order.
I'll buy again at some point as the pots aesthetically look nice.
